You may have noticed a “Tek Note!” Section on your badge, and round stickers which can be added there.
These are designed to indicate
- ⚪ WHITE – I am open to discussions about new positions
- 🔵 BLUE – I am hiring
- 🟢GREEN – I am comfortable with photos and physical contact
- 🟡YELLOW – Today may be challenging for me, please be mindful of that, avoid physical contact and unsolicited conversations, unless I initiate them
- 🔴RED – Please do not photograph/video me
Obviously multiple stickers are possible!
